Wedding Photography portfolio Information

Highly experienced professional wedding photographer twickenham based – my approach to wedding photography – bespoke, candid, contemporary, spontaneous and fun.

Experience: I started out photographing celebrities for national magazines such as Radio Times and Good Housekeeping. I then began to do more weddings when I moved to my riverside base in Twickenham as there are so many wonderful locations right on my doorstep. Furthermore, my reportage style is now more acceptable as modern, contemporary  rather than the older formal approach.

Attendance: Full day wedding shoots are my preference, where my photography can tell the story of the happy event but because I am quick and spontaneous I am also happy to shoot smaller weddings and can offer good discounts on weekday weddings from Monday to Thursday.

Priorities: to capture those special moments of the day without getting in the way of the proceedings or spending a lot of time flapping around. Much of this work is reportage style but I do however, organise groups and Bride and Groom shots, normally between the service and the reception. I also put a great deal of work into craftsmanship side of my work to give the best possible quality to my clients.

Client relationships: are very important to me and I am always available for a chat during the planning stage, on and after the wedding day. I will meet the couple at the wedding venue prior to the wedding day to discuss photo possibilities. My photography has longevity and my clients often keep in touch with me saying they are still enjoying their photos after many years. Some of my clients have become good friends.

Packages: I offer affordable packages ranging from 3hrs – 12hrs. and work together with another professional photographer on larger weddings. I can arrange a bespoke package customised to your exact requirements.

Prices: range from: GBP350 – GBP2,500.

Inclusive packages:  can include two photographers, a pre wedding shoot, online gallery, invitation/thank you cards, Wedding albums and storybooks with parent books, print enlargements and canvas prints

Customisable Package Options: can include any item listed above plus: disk only, print and disk, photo books, inclusive or exclusive of: bespoke storybooks and albums. Images can be uploaded onto password protected online gallery so that guests can order prints direct. I can design invitation/thank you cards or a wedding blog page, with one of the images from the pre wedding or wedding shoot. I love black and white as well as colour and any photo in your package can be made into colour, b/w or sepia without additional costs.

Travel costs: Although I am a wedding photographer twickenham based, my costs are free for Greater London and I will also travel to locations throughout the UK, Europe and South Africa. I do not charge for travel time on my full day wedding packages in South East England, only for travel and accommodation costs for venues further afield.

ABOUT ME
Creative London based Photographer: I am very versatile and shoot in a number of different genres.

This makes my work perfect for annual report photography where different skill sets are often required. These skills can equally work well in modern wedding photography and retail advertising. The variety of my work keeps me fresh rather than being too fixed to one approach.

This website is a celebration of my many years as a professional photographer and showcases a lot of my personal work as well as professional assignments. Many changes to the industry have occurred since I started out but my basic approach remains the same and furthermore, I have embraced the current technology available to my advantage:

Although I am not the type of Professional Photographer to be put into a one category box, I do always shoot very clean graphic images in terms of composition, use of light & shadow and attention to detail. My portraits reflect the personality of my subjects with whom I quickly establish a rapport, enabling them to relax and be themselves.

I use portable lighting in many of my shoots but still capture candid moments within this controlled environment. However, I mainly use available light when photographing travel, lifestyle and reportage scenes.
